What you send is not privileged. Because there is no attorney–client relationship, we cannot promise to keep it confidential. Do not send anything you would not want disclosed.
Deadlines will not wait for us. Legal claims have filing deadlines, and missing one usually ends the claim for good. We cannot tell you what yours are, and our review takes time. If a deadline is near, speak to a lawyer or your local legal aid office now — do not wait to hear from us.
We take very few cases. We look for cases that could change the law for many people, not only for one. Most submissions we cannot take, and that is not a judgment about whether a wrong was done.
